He completed his B.E (Mechanical Eng.) in Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore and then he was selected to pursue his PG in Oil and Gas which was sponsored by Schlumberger Limited - an Oilfield service giant. He was working in Schlumberger, Coimbatore for 3 years before moving to GE Oil and Gas, Bangalore. We come from a middle class, nuclear family background with orthodox values.
