I have created this profile for my daughter. She is currently completing her Ph.D. In Civil Engineering. She is assessing the environmental impacts of various technologies to help decarbonize cement and concrete industries thereby contributing to environmental policymaking. She has a masters in Environmental engineering from University of Florida and a bachelors in Civil Engineering from University of Pune. She is incredibly passionate about the research she conducts and wishes to continue research in academia, as a consultant, or in policymaking in the government sector in Canada or the US. She intends to graduate sometime around mid 2023.
Personality-wise, She is a social being and loves to be surrounded by family and friends. In her free time, she tends to repurpose articles, furniture, or paint or try out new fitness activities in the gym. Being an hour away from the Canadian Rockies, she loves to hike or go for a walk or jog when the weather permits.
