Till my matric, I studied in an english medium school in my hometown, udupi. As I was passionate about the Sanskrit language and my father was a sanskrit lecturer, from plus 1 onwards I opted for sanskrit as my stream of education. (central sanskrit university, rajiv gandhi campus, sringeri).
Now, i am a sanskrit teacher with a master's degree and ph.d. (thesis submitted) working in central government school (kendriya vidyalaya sangathan). For One and half years, i was posted in jetpur (gujarat) and now reside in bangalore. (kv malleswaram)
I'm able to communicate in Hindi as if it were my mother tongue. So I'm completely okay with a person from North India too as my life partner.
I am fond of music and all other classical art forms. i can sing, play tabla and harmonium (not an expert though).
I belong to an upper middle class, nuclear family with traditional values. As i am a jovial kind of person, i try to keep the situation as positive as possible. looking forward to a partner with the same mentality.. Horoscope match is a must.
My brother is Srikanth Athreya and he is working as a Teaching / Academician in the Private sector. He has completed his Other Bachelor Degree in Arts / Music. He grew up in a Middle Class, Nuclear family.
